1. General

By purchasing or using HikeLetter services, including the PMP MUST-WIN™ Exam Simulator, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. PMP MUST-WIN™ Exam Simulator

PMP MUST-WIN™ is a practice and exam-preparation platform designed to help candidates prepare for the PMP® examination. It does not guarantee that a candidate will pass the official PMP® examination.

3. Pass Support Offer

Eligible candidates may receive 50% of the actual PMP® retake examination fee, up to a maximum of US$150, if they do not pass their official PMP® examination.

Pass Support is subject to all eligibility requirements listed below.

4. Pass Support Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, the candidate must:

  • Complete all required PMP MUST-WIN™ mock exams.
  • Score at least 70% in every required mock exam.
  • Complete the required mock exams before taking the official PMP® examination.
  • Take the official PMP® examination at an authorized physical test center. Online/remote-proctored examinations are not eligible.
  • Take the official PMP® examination within 30 calendar days of completing all required mock exams. Sundays and public holidays are included.
  • Provide the required PMI account information/credentials for verification of exam registration, examination date, and result.
  • Provide valid proof of the official PMP® examination result if the candidate does not pass.
  • Submit the Pass Support claim within 30 days of receiving the official examination result.
  • Complete all requirements using their own registered HikeLetter account.

5. Mock Exam Rules

Candidates must complete the mock exams independently and honestly.

The following are prohibited during qualifying mock exams:

  • Using AI tools or external assistance
  • Searching for answers online
  • Using unauthorized study materials
  • Receiving assistance from another person
  • Sharing accounts
  • Allowing another person to take an exam on their behalf

HikeLetter may review attempt history, scores, completion records, and other available activity data to verify eligibility.

6. Test Center Requirement

The Pass Support offer applies only to candidates who take the official PMP® examination at an authorized physical test center.

Online examinations are excluded because technical and environmental factors—such as internet connectivity problems, system issues, webcam/microphone interruptions, proctoring issues, temporary loss of connection, or environmental disturbances—may affect the examination experience independently of preparation.

7. Amount of Support

The Pass Support covers:

50% of the actual PMP® retake examination fee, up to US$150.

It does not cover PMI membership fees, application fees, taxes, rescheduling fees, training fees, travel expenses, or any other charges.

The support is limited to one eligible retake per candidate.

8. Verification

HikeLetter reserves the right to verify:

  • Mock-exam completion
  • Mock-exam scores
  • Official PMP® examination date
  • Test-center attendance
  • PMI account information
  • Official examination result

Candidates must provide accurate and truthful information.

9. Fraud and Misrepresentation

Any false, altered, misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent information or documentation will result in immediate disqualification from the Pass Support offer.

HikeLetter reserves the right to reject claims where eligibility cannot be independently verified.

10. No Passing Guarantee

PMP MUST-WIN™ is a preparation and practice service. HikeLetter does not guarantee that any candidate will pass the official PMP® examination.

The Pass Support is a conditional financial-support offer and is not a guarantee of examination success.

11. PMI Disclaimer

HikeLetter is an independent exam-preparation service and is not PMI®.

PMP®, Project Management Professional, and PMBOK® are marks of Project Management Institute, Inc. HikeLetter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PMI® unless explicitly stated otherwise.

12. Changes to the Terms

HikeLetter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The terms applicable to a candidate's purchase will be determined according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

13. Acceptance

By purchasing or using the PMP MUST-WIN™ service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
